Areas of high risk erosion correspond to shoreline areas that have historically eroded at a rate of 1-foot per year or greater as a result of water/storm activity. Prism provides interpretation of the areas of high risk erosion that are designated by the state.  We also guide property owners in setback surveys for permanent structures, closely considering bluff angle and physical conditions.
